How do I purchase your iPhone cases?
All iPhone cases are made to order based on your iPhone model. The metal wire crafting process is lengthy and can take up to 1-2 weeks to make and ship. I know this is not ideal, but I am only one person and this is what works best for me as the sole maker.
Can I request a custom order?
I do not take customs, commissions or holds due to my workload and limited space. If I ever offer a limited preorder, I will announce it online.
How much are your iPhone cases?
Prices are listed on each product. My prices usually range from $75-$200+ USD depending on the case size, design complexity, and materials.
How much is shipping?
Free US shipping on iPhone case orders $100+. All of my shipping prices for my visual ahrt files are unknown until calculated at checkout. It depends on how far the package travels and how heavy it is. Each order comes with insured tracking once it is shipped. Each item is shipped from California.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees for iPhone case or visual ahrt files orders.
Do you combine shipping for multiple purchases?
If I am able to fit multiple pieces safely in one box, I will combine your purchases and refund any shipping overages you paid over the combined weight.
I never received my order. What should I do?
Although I put my heart and soul into my work, I am not responsible for any lost mail. I will check your insured tracking number status update. If your order states that your item has been delivered but you haven’t physically received it. Unfortunately, I am no longer responsible for the item and cannot refund you for your purchase. Please contact me with any questions or concerns about your order.
How do I keep my iPhone case from turning yellow?
To extend the clarity of your case avoid placing your case under direct sunlight and high heat situations. I always recommend hand washing and treating your case like you would any luxury product. The case will last longer if you treat it well.
